Service Cancellation
For styling consultation services:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds
- Rescheduling is available based on availability and may be subject to rescheduling fees
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

We strive to provide exceptional styling services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer additional services or adjustments as appropriate.
